About the Artist. A sentence or short paragraph please.Debbie Gibbs nurtured her love of painting for over 40 years while working as an educator. Having retired, she now devotes full time to her artwork, using both her Houston home studio and her studio in the Silos at Sawyer Yards. Debbie, whose work often focuses on equity and inclusion, has developed a unique, mosaic-like style using a wide variety of papers and acrylic mediums on stretched canvas. She also does other mixed media work and abstract paintings.
