| Additional details about the piece. | This piece is a lost object casting. I encase a dead insect in plaster, place it into the burn-out kiln, at 1500 degrees Fahrenheit the insect burns away and I am left with a one-time mold to cast. I use a centrifugal casting machine to cast the insect in Silver or Copper. |
