Artists Sunday at Rose Center

Shipping delays may be creating empty shelves for prospective holiday shoppers, but there is no lack of handmade fine arts and crafts in Morristown.  Rose Center has joined Artists Sunday to help promote artists in the Lakeway Area, and encourages the local community to shop for local art this holiday season.  With many festivals, exhibits, and craft shows being cancelled or postponed the past couple of years, it is a great opportunity to support local artists and makers.    To help propel this effort, Rose Center’s Local Artist Gallery and Gift Shoppe will be open November 28^th from 1 – 3 PM to the general public.  In addition to the gallery being open this day, artist Dan Gibson will be conducting a painting demonstration to visitors in the Rose Center lobby.  Not only can visitors purchase beautiful art, but they can learn a few painting techniques as well.
