Cynthia Freese, Co-Founder
Cynthia’s extensive leadership experience with civic and non-profit arts boards in her home state of Washington combines with her skills as a metal sculptor and an organizer of over 175 pop-up shows and art walks, to bring Artists Sunday a broad perspective that encompasses every aspect of the art process – from creation to collection.

Currently serving on the City of Issaquah, WA Art Commission, and the Arts and Humanities Board for the Washington’s 8th Congressional District, she spent 8 years supporting independent local businesses as an Executive Board member of the Downtown Issaquah Association, as treasurer and chairing the organization committee. Cynthia managed the PTSA Reflections student art program locally for 6 years and was also an active member of the Washington Main Street program. Additionally, she founded a successful tech conference firm.

Cynthia understands first-hand the processes that organizations must follow to achieve their arts mission and is passionate about making positive connections that support all constituencies.
